For wedding venues

Wedding venues do not have a lead problem. They have a September problem.

You are turning couples away in May and staring at an empty calendar in September, and nothing about how you run the venue changed in between. That swing is not demand. It is the absence of a system that produces tours whether or not it is peak season.

What is actually happening

Four things we see in almost every one of these venues.

The listing platforms put you in a line-up

You pay to appear next to every other venue within an hour, sorted in a way that invites couples to compare on price. The platform is not on your side — it is optimising for the couple, and its inventory is your competitors.

Enquiries arrive and then sit

A couple who enquires at 9pm and hears back at 11am the next day has already toured somewhere else in between. Weddings are shopped in bursts, and the venue that answers first wins a disproportionate share.

Half your tours are not buyers

An hour walking someone round the building is the single most expensive thing you do. Spending it on a couple who is eighteen months out, forty guests over capacity, or half your budget is a real cost, not an inconvenience.

Weddings print the money and take the most work to win

A wedding is worth several corporate bookings and is fought over by every venue in the market. That asymmetry is exactly why it deserves a system rather than whatever time is left over on a Tuesday.

How we fix it

Three stages. Eleven days to live campaigns.

The same system whatever the venue type. What changes is who we target and what counts as qualified.
  1. 01

    Days 1–3

    Read the numbers

You find out where your bookings are actually leaking before anyone spends a dollar.

Most venues do not have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem, and no way to see it. So we start with your history, not our opinion. We take your last twelve months and work out four numbers: how many enquiries you got, how many turned into a booked tour, how many of those tours walked through the door, and how many signed. Whichever number is worst is the one we fix first.

You doOne 45-minute call and read-only access to your calendar and inbox.

  2. 02

    Days 4–10

    Build the assets

Your venue gets ads built from your own footage, aimed at the couples you actually want.

You upload raw footage to a shared Drive — walkthroughs, setups, a real event, whatever you have on your phone. We cut it into creatives. At the same time we go through your market: who else is advertising within driving distance, what they are running, what they are charging, and where the gap is. The ads that go live are built to attract your ICP and quietly repel everyone else.

You doDrop your raw footage in a Drive folder. That is the whole ask.

  3. 03

    Day 11 onward

    Fill the calendar

Tours land on your calendar. You show up and walk them round.

Campaigns go live. Every enquiry gets called — fast, because a lead called in five minutes converts like a different lead entirely. We qualify on the phone, screen out the tyre-kickers, and book the serious ones straight into your calendar with reminders and no-show follow-up already running. You do not chase anyone. You open the door.

You doTurn up to the tour. Close it.

What qualified means here

The bar a lead has to clear before it reaches your calendar.

Agreed with you in stage one, in writing, before a single ad runs.
  • Event date falls inside your booking window
  • Guest count fits your room without a compromise you would regret
  • Budget sits in your actual range, confirmed on the phone
  • The decision-maker is on the call, not relaying to someone else

The guarantee

20 tours in under 30 days of onboarding.

That is the promise. If we have not booked twenty qualified tours onto your calendar inside thirty days of onboarding, you do not pay us for the month — we keep working until we have.

What it means exactly

  • The 30 days start from onboarding, not from the contract date.
  • A qualified tour means a booked walkthrough from a lead that met the date, guest-count and budget criteria we agreed in stage one.
  • It assumes we have the raw footage and calendar access we ask for in the first week. We cannot build ads out of nothing.
  • Ad spend is yours and is paid to the platform directly. We do not mark it up.

For wedding venues

Bring us your last twelve months.

One call. We tell you which of your four numbers is leaking and what is realistic in your market — before you commit to anything.

No retainer on the entry offer. No contract. You pay when somebody walks through your door.
