What we collect
If you fill in the booking form we collect your name, email address, venue name, location, and anything else you choose to type into it. That is the only place on this site where we ask you for information.
We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site. We do not set cookies for tracking. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and for keeping the site up.
02
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to prepare for the call you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation if you become a client. Nothing else.
If you become a client we use the same details to run the engagement — reporting, scheduling, and getting hold of you when something needs a decision.
04
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into anything are deleted within twenty-four months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for seven years afterwards, which is what our accountants require.
05
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fullhous.io and we will action it within thirty days.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
06
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your email because you are a client, we will tell you directly.
Questions about any of this go to hello@fullhous.io.
