Pricing

Three ways in. The first one costs you nothing up front.

Every venue owner we speak to has been burned by an agency that got paid whether or not anything happened. So the entry offer is built the other way round: you pay when somebody is standing in your building.

Pay Per Show-Up

You have spent money on marketing before and it did not work.

$0

up front · pay per qualified lead that shows up

We fill your calendar with qualified tours and you pay only for the ones that actually walk through the door.

How you pay

No retainer, no setup fee, no monthly minimum. You are invoiced per qualified lead that shows up for their tour. A lead that books and no-shows is not billable. We carry the risk on the ads because we are the ones who should.

  • Campaigns built, launched and managed
  • Ad creative cut from your own footage
  • Every enquiry called and qualified by a human
  • Tours booked straight onto your calendar
  • Reminder and no-show follow-up sequences
  • Weekly reporting on tours booked and tours shown
  • Ad spend is paid directly by you to the platform, not to us

Booking Infrastructure

Leads already come in. You are losing them after they arrive.

$200–$500

one-time build · then a share of the lift, capped

We build the calendar, CRM and follow-up system that stops the leads you already have from leaking away.

How you pay

A fixed one-time build fee between $200 and $500, paid up front. After that we are paid a percentage of the measured increase in show-rate or bookings against the baseline we established in stage one — capped at an agreed amount. If we do not move the number past your baseline, we get paid less. The build cost is the only fixed part.

  • Full booking system built in GHL
  • Calendar and CRM configured to your venue
  • Automated reminder sequences
  • No-show recovery sequences
  • Baseline measurement so the lift is provable
  • Handover documentation — you own the system

Full Growth Engine

You want the whole acquisition process off your desk.

$2,000–$3,000

per month · month to month

Organic and paid, scripted, edited, run and qualified — every tour booked onto your calendar for you.

How you pay

A flat monthly fee between $2,000 and $3,000 depending on market and volume. Month to month. No annual contract, no percentage of ad spend — a percentage-of-spend model pays us more for spending more of your money, which is the wrong incentive.

  • Everything in Pay Per Show-Up
  • Organic content production alongside paid
  • Ad scripting and editing as an ongoing programme
  • Full campaign management across channels
  • Every lead qualified and booked for you
  • Weekly reporting and a monthly strategy call
  • Priority turnaround on new creative

Who carries the riskWe doSharedYou do

Ad spend is always paid by you directly to the platform. We never take a percentage of it and we never mark it up — a percentage-of-spend model pays us more for spending more of your money.

20 tours in under 30 days of onboarding.

The guarantee

20 tours in under 30 days of onboarding.

That is the promise. If we have not booked twenty qualified tours onto your calendar inside thirty days of onboarding, you do not pay us for the month — we keep working until we have.

What it means exactly

  • The 30 days start from onboarding, not from the contract date.
  • A qualified tour means a booked walkthrough from a lead that met the date, guest-count and budget criteria we agreed in stage one.
  • It assumes we have the raw footage and calendar access we ask for in the first week. We cannot build ads out of nothing.
  • Ad spend is yours and is paid to the platform directly. We do not mark it up.

Money questions.

Answered here rather than on a call, because these are the ones that decide whether the call is worth having.

Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?

No. A percentage-of-spend model pays us more for spending more of your money, which is exactly the wrong incentive. Ad spend goes from you to the platform directly and we never mark it up.

How much ad spend do I actually need?

Less than you think. One of the venues we work with books 10+ tours a week on roughly $200 a week. We would rather prove the mechanics on a small budget first, because a system that only works at $5,000 a month is not a system.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. The entry offer has no contract at all — you pay per show-up. The monthly engagement is month to month. A long contract is how an agency keeps a client it is not earning, and we would rather not need one.

Start where the risk is ours

Try the one that costs you nothing.

No retainer, no setup fee, no contract. You pay per qualified lead that shows up for their tour, and not before.

No retainer on the entry offer. No contract. You pay when somebody walks through your door.
